To be eligible to open and maintain an account on bc555 and to use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and is not negotiable under any circumstance.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You are accessing bc555 from a jurisdiction where using the platform is not prohibited by applicable local laws or regulations.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

bc555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify that you satisfy all eligibility requirements at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bc555 may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any pending balances pending fraud review.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bc555. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued identity document — must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. bc555 may also require KYC documentation at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password or OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances.
• bc555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, or where identity verification fails.

You must notify bc555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bc555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

bc555 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Current accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bc555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice. The following specific conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all accepted payment methods. There is no published maximum deposit limit; however, bc555 may apply individual account-level deposit limits based on the player's verified status and account history.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, etc.) that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered to family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests on bc555 are subject to the following conditions. bc555 aims to process withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts within minutes; however, processing times may vary based on payment method availability, network conditions, and the volume of concurrent requests.

• KYC verification must be fully complete before any withdrawal request is approved. bc555 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed identity verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. bc555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• bc555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity patterns suggest irregular use.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.

bc555 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, match fixing involvement, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, bc555 will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

bc555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered:

bc555's determination of whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities forfeit all rights to any funds held in their account, including deposits, bonus credits, and winnings.

All content on the bc555 platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, trade names, text, audio, video, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of bc555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the bc555 platform without the express prior written consent of bc555. Unauthorised use of bc555 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bc555 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, even if bc555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bc555's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bc555 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

bc555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age restriction violations, multiple account creation, or participation in prohibited activities.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by bc555 when such documentation is requested.
• bc555's receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder, or identification of the account holder on any responsible gaming self-exclusion register.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending fraud or compliance review.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bc555's operations. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall first be submitted to bc555's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support via live chat or email.

bc555 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal dispute submission. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may seek resolution through any applicable external mechanism. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

bc555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bc555 will notify registered players via the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the most current version.

Your continued use of the bc555 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bc555 support.
